Breeder/Seller deems puppy in good health at time of sale and free of any diseases including Parvo, Distemper and Corona and in good health to breeders knowledge. Breeder/Seller requires the puppy be checked by a licensed vet within 72hrs.(3days) to ensure puppy is healthy and doing well in its new home. Not doing so voids any guarantees stated in this contract. Breeder does not make claims as to adult size, weight, color, or temperament. The Seller/Breeder deems said puppy from above whelping is of “pet quality” and not suitable for breeding. Buyer agrees to neuter/spay the above described puppy before 16 months of age. Or before this date:_______/_______/________. papers will be held until I receive proof of spay/neuter from a licensed vet before age/date. **Initial_______
(a) If the buyer fails, for any reason, to spay/neuter the above puppy before the date listed above; the buyer agrees to pay a $3,000.00 for breach of contract, any and all fees, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, veterinary examinations, etc. incurred by the seller to enforce this contract. Puppy ownership will revert back to the Breeder/Seller if puppy is found to NOT be spayed/neutered by said age/date. Buyer will NOT receive a refund of any kind. **Initial_______
(b) Transfer of ownership or housing of this puppy/dog does not limit or in any way change the responsibility of the above named buyer to spay/neuter the animal as per this agreement. **Initial_______

Breeder/Seller deems puppy in good health at time of sale and free of any major diseases including Parvo, Distemper and Corona and in good health to breeders knowledge. Breeder/Seller requires the puppy be checked by a licensed vet within 72hrs.(3days) to ensure puppy is healthy and doing well in its new home. Not doing so voids any guarantees stated in this contract. The Seller/Breeder deems said puppy from above whelping as having potential for breeding and/or showing. Breeder does not make exact claims as to adult size, weight, color, or temperament. We can only guess from the dogs history. Breeder/seller states that said (female) dog shall not be bred until 20 months of age and second heat. Said female shall not have more than 4 litters in her lifetime and will not be bred after her 7th birthday. Failing to do so voids all guarantees stated in this contract. If the dog is found to have been bred before second heat (before 20months) or after her 7th birthday, Buyer agrees to pay $3,000 to breeder for breach of contract, harm to kennel name and reputation. Breeder/seller states that said (male) dog shall not be bred or mated until 20 months of age. Failing to do so voids all guarantees stated in this contract. If dog is found to have been bred before said age, Buyer agrees to pay $3,000 to breeder for breach of contract, harm to kennel name and reputation. Breeder/seller requires the following health tests to be completed BEFORE breeding Hips be certified,(Orthopedic Foundation For Animals or Penn hip) and rated FAIR, GOOD, or EXCELLENT for breeding dogs. vWD, Liver panel, and Thyroid test and EKG for heart health. **Initial______
Conditions of Sale/Guarantees
(1) Puppies are guaranteed against the following health defects: moderate and severe hip dysplasia, moderate severe elbow dysplasia, Severe heart murmers, cardiomyopathy and PRA for 1 year(s). Puppies are NOT guaranteed against kennel cough, bloat, coccidiosis, mange, fleas, worms, earmites, heartworm, parvo, coronavirus, distemper, giardia lamblia, or lyme disease. I do NOT pay for any vet visits, fees, bills after the pup has left my house. If puppy/dog is found to have a genetic condition that it is guaranteed against; (proof from 2 licensed vets are required and must state the condition) Buyer has the option to keep puppy/dog and will receive a puppy of same quality at a discount from a future litter. No money refunds will be given for any reason. **Initial______
(2) If buyer cannot keep this Doberman puppy/dog for any reason, Buyer MUST notify Breeder/Seller if they can no longer keep the puppy/dog. Seller/Breeder has first option to take animal back. Buyer is responsible for any costs incurred by transporting dog back to Breeder/Sellers premises. Please keep in mind temperature at time of travel. **Initial_______
(3) Buyer agrees to keep animal as a INSIDE ONLY pet and keep it in the best health possible. Must feed a good food, and have yearly exams. Buyer agrees to provide food,water & shelter if animal will be outside for any period of time. Animal must NOT be kept as an outside only dog, sold for research/vivisection,sold to puppy stores/brokers, or used solely for a guard dog. Buyer agrees NOT to take the animal to a animal shelter or rescue for any reason. **Initial_______
By signing below, you certify you have read and understand the terms, and guarantees stated in this contract. You also understand that by signing below you are legally binded to this contract. This contract is non-transferable and is only valid for above named buyer.
